Job Description
Do you enjoy home improvement and working with your hands? Do you find satisfaction in making people happy and the completion of a job well done? Do you have a desire to learn and earn decent pay? 

Your local Phantom Screens distributor is looking to hire retractable screens installers for 2021. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-quality products in an engaging business environment with lots of room to grow and learn! We offer a great work environment and culture.
 
The ideal candidates will have a basic aptitude for working with tools and their hands, have customer service ability and have a desire to work with a growing and exciting company. Some relevant experience that is valuable includes door and window installation, garage door installation, trim carpentry, and framing.



Responsibilities
  • Measuring for retractable screen applications including doors, windows, and large openings
  • Preparing and cutting screen units to size
  • Installing retractable screens on the applications
  • Ensuring a quality install and smooth operating product in every job
  • Making sure the screens integrate nicely with each home
  • Cleaning up the job site after each installation
  • Providing product knowledge and recommendations
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality service
  • Completing daily tasks with minimal supervision
